Peder, you certainly know the language better than I do. I will have to pull my examples out and look. Do you recall any of them with strictly Swedish writing, and no Finnish?

I would consider an Alamo poster "rare" if I have only seen one example, or if I have never been able to come up with one. I have only seen one example of the Belgian Todd-AO poster (England), and will gladly pay top dollar for one. I have the
general release version (which does NOT say in Todd-AO). The rarest Alamo poster (for me at least) is the 1960/61 domestic six sheet...in either Todd-AO or general release version. I am not referring to the R67 six sheet, which I already have.
I will also offer top money for the aforementioned first issue six sheet. This is even rarer than the Icelandic Todd-AO program!!!

Would you be interested in owning the movie set where it was filmed? Only top dollar, though. ;)

Rich:
Even if I had the money, I wouldn't throw it away like that. I would sooner apply my funds to restoring the film, but that isn't going to happen either.

Looks like its contrast was bumped up a bit, but I like it that way -- and that surprises me.

I like the black and white contrast also...but I'm still real fond of the high resolution color version... :)

It's always interesting to see those colorized photos, like the ones on those Italian posters. The rule of thumb seems to be "Use a lot of red". It's especially fun looking at that third poster showing the flag raising. Were those flag raisers from the Canadian contingent? Maybe that explains Travis's red coat (and accent).
