Has anyone seen this Macedonian poster for THE ALAMO before? I think it takes away from
the scope of the film by not showing the wave of Mexican soldiers sweeping toward the big
three.

Apparently they chose to focus on the Trinity and cut away the rest of the painting. It´s too bad the Macedonians never
got to see all of the painting.

What´s that about Wayne´s over sized pasted head? I can see it´s over sized, now you mention it. What´s the story behind it?

Those Italian posters are certainly different from the traditional poster. You only see the Alamo in the background on the first one.

How much art work was there done for Republic Pictures when Wayne was planning on doing it there? I have seen one pre-poster.
I do have the 1966 'NOW AGAIN' poster with the enlarged Wayne head, but I seem to remember the same poster in it's original
form with Wayne wearing a coonskin hat. I think we discussed this before but can't remember what thread

And a flip-flopped presentation of the boys getting killed by the nitro on the west wall. Wait! Since the west wall is really our east wall at the Waynamo, does this reversed image finally make it the West Wall?

What about this very plain Yugoslavian poster for THE ALAMO? They included the figure of a cowboy to let potential viewers know it
